Meet Irmantas Jadzevičius, WIDEN’s Head of Administration.

Irmantas is our go-to person for keeping everything running smoothly at WIDEN. He has been with us for more than 10 years and knows the ins and outs of legal administration like the back of his hand. Irmantas earned his legal degree from Mykolas Romeris University and has learnt a lot about law firm management, having worked in the firm since 2011.

In the office, Irmantas looks after our team, makes sure we’re all doing things the right way. He is great at figuring out how to make things work better and always has creative ideas. He is in charge of managing the firm’s day-to-day operational functions and maintaining relationships with suppliers. As a member of the firm’s executive team, Irmantas plays an important role in developing and executing strategies and projects that drive the firm’s ongoing growth.

Beyond his responsibilities in finance and operations, Irmantas is also pivotal in optimizing the firm’s information systems to adapt to our attorneys’ evolving needs. He oversees technology sectors, including IT infrastructure, internal support services, and the adoption of new software systems.
